Application Process

  • Do you want to work directly with a child in need?
  • Do you have 2 or more hours a week to share and can you make a commitment of at least one year to working with a child?
  • Can you pass a criminal background check and DMV check?

If you answered “Yes” to these questions, then we invite you to begin the process of becoming a CASA advocate.

Please fill out the form below, which will be submitted directly to the Executive Director. The Executive Director will answer any questions you might have as well as send you the application form. Or, you can download the fill-able application form.

Once you have completed the application including contact information for four references, return it to CASA of Humboldt at 2356 Myrtle Avenue, Eureka, CA 95501, and schedule an interview. After you have been interviewed, you will begin the screening process and the Administrative Assistant will inform you regarding CASA’s next training.
